5:55 Chelmsford Racing Tips (28th April) ANDERSON FOUNDATION CHARITY FILLIES´ NOVICE AUCTION STAKES (Plus 10 Race) (CLASS 5) (2yo)

A very restricted Fillies' Novice Auction Stakes over 5f. Two-year-olds who were bought for £18,000 or less. Eight runners, two raced and one of those should take all the beating here. Black Redstart is a daughter of Big Bad Bob and owned and trained by Alan Bailey. A cheap purchase at just £3,000 but by her debut performance at Newmarket a very good buy. She may have been sent off 33/1 that day but looked a professional two-year-old with good pace, only tiring in the closing stages beaten by less than five lengths. Winners have come from that contest and this January foal is likely to set the pace and be difficult to peg back.
