Saturday Tips

1:55 York - Dundunah ran well on debut at this course and this American-bred daughter of Sidney's Candy is n expensive breeze-up purchase at £150,000. This chestnut filly done little wrong when runner-up when beaten by a 66/1 shot. This step up in distance shouldn't be a problem although this could be a tougher race. This two-year-old is held in high regard by connections and must have fair each-way claims. Unp

2:00 Chester - This looks out of two horses: Full Intention & Hope Solo. Neither have the best of draws. Tim Easterby's Hope Solo ran well last time out at Doncaster and although has her work cut out beating Tom Dascombe's juvenile but would be of interest if drifting to an each-way price. I would want 4/1+ to take an interest.  1st 4/1

2:10 Ascot - Ed Dunlop trains Pantera Negra a filly who looks to have a very good chance in this Maiden Auction Stakes. The betting is important here. If priced 13/2 & less I would fancy this bay filly to hit the frame. If weak in the betting best watched.  3/1 3rd

2:15 Newmarket - Dubara was well backed on her debut at Yarmouth, a course Luca Cumani often sends his better juveniles. This step up in distance will be of help as this daughter of Dubawi powered hope all too late. Very good each-way claims.  9/2 3rd

6:15 Hamilton - A Maiden Auction Stakes over 5f 7y on soft going. Just two places for each-way backers. Baie D'Amour was sent to Chantilly, France, on debut but unseated her rider when hitting the rails. Ontoawinner racing syndicate should always be respected and if priced 13/2 & less SP should go well.

All should go well and have each-way claims if in betting guides. If you are sticking with the best bet:

2:15 Newmarket - Dubara 9/2 3rd
2:10 Ascot          - Pantera Negra 11/2 3rd

Each-way double   (both must be priced 13/2 & less sp - else no bet)
