I'm not going to write a great deal about each of these as I'm very busy. These races can be tricky affairs with a number of talented trainers. Ed Dunlop's Qaaraat is of interest. This bay colt is a son of Acclamation and expensive yearling purchase at 200,000G. He ran well on debut when fourth behind Gold Town in what looks a hot maiden.
I would be very surprised is this juvenile wasn't placed but with just two places up for grabs and a so-so price I would, perhaps, wait and see if this February foal drifts in the market.
On balance, I would take a watching brief, although even at 9/4 could be value.
